Cailler, cacao extrême (74%)
Cailler is one of the oldest chocolate brands in Switzerland and now belongs to the Nestle group. Cacao extrême's thiny-sliced chocolate wafers have a creamy, almost buttery consistency and very smooth texture. The chocolate is moderately bitter, with subtle hints of almonds and vanilla. Despite a somewhat dry aftertaste, this bar is a pleasurable dark chocolate experience.
