Lindt Excellence, Cuba (55% noir fin)

lindt_cuba.gifA chocolate for your (bitter)sweet tooth.
Lindt Excellence Cuba, another country origin bar from Lindt, contains just 55% cocoa solids. While this percentage barely qualifies Excellence Cuba as serious dark chocolate, it fits nicely into the bittersweet chocolate category. Unlike its heavy and darker cousins, Madagascar and Ecuador, Cuba is softer, smoother, and more refined. The chocolate fairly fruity and definitely on the sweet side. Lindt is no stranger to our palates, since it is literally available all over Switzerland, so we can say with some confidence that this bar is one of their better chocolates.
Cocao Beans:3.5 beans
