Battle-tested dark chocolate

Over at Swissmade.com, we find Swiss military dark chocolate.

Traditional Swiss army chocolate in dark 55% also with corn flakes and guarana.
Survival portion - with guarana. Used in Swiss Army.

Unfortunately, there is no explanation of what qualifies a chocolate as a "survival portion". Joe Kissel at Interesting Thing of Day, once recounted the existence of an un-meltable chocolate for Swiss soldiers. Could this be it? Presumably you would eat this chocolate in extreme situations, such as entrapped in an alpine avalanche, surrounded and cut off from supply lines, or after a particulary grueling day in boot camp. This chocolate is just begging for a review, as soon as we can get our hands on some.

En situation extrême, tous les chocolats sont bons! Mais le "Swiss Army Chocolate" se vend partout, il est exposé aux caisses de la Migros.
