Caotina Noir for cold, DARK winter days
Over at X-Pat Files, a blog written by a "reluctant" expatriate in Switzerland, the joys and temptations of Caotina chocolate drinks are being discovered:
Caotina, which now comes in three flavors (milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate), is made from real Swiss chocolate. So you can just imagine how tasty it can be when you mix four to five teaspoons of Caotina ‘magic powder’ with hot or cold fresh milk. Stir well, let it sit for a while, and relish your mug of Caotina for breakfast.
Caotina, the quintessential Swiss breakfast drink, is an example of yet another product (think Twix, M&Ms, and Toblerone) which has moved beyond its milky origins and crossed over to the dark side. This is by no means a bad thing. Caotina Noir is delicious -- leagues above plain old chocolate mixes -- and a god-send to dark chocolate lovers on cold February days.

Well, I have long joined the "dark force," Uberswiss. :-)
I bought a Caotina canister of white chocolate last Friday. It also tastes good, but nothing beats the black chocolate flavor (enter: Darth Vader SFX).
